1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
- The Company shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance of any obligation under this Policy if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fire, strikes, transportation disruptions, governmental restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
- COD orders may require telephonic or SMS confirmation prior to dispatch.
- In case you had purchased a product which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the item, maximum of Refunds/Free item MRP will be debited until the satisfactory receipt of all free gift(s)/offer item(s) that are shipped along with it.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery timeline: 3–10 business days.
- Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Guidelines
- Please inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery.
- If you notice visible damage, record an unboxing video before opening the product.
- Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and verify the shipment.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
- Any additional charges due to incorrect address or re-delivery may be borne by the customer.
