Warranty Policy

All eligible products are covered under:

Six-Months Warranty

(From the original date of purchase as mentioned on invoice)

1. What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing or technical defects in the engine under normal usage conditions.
  • Defective parts due to manufacturing faults will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

2. What Is Not Covered

  • Breakage, accidental damage, misuse, or negligence.
  • Failure to follow operating instructions.
  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering.
  • Water entry, rust, corrosion.
  • Use of non-recommended fuel or lubricants.
  • Overloading or lack of maintenance.
  • Consumable parts and cosmetic damage.
  • Electrical motors, electrical components, and batteries.
  • Transportation, installation, or incidental costs.
  • Loss of agricultural income or crop damage.

3. Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty becomes void if:

  • Product is repaired or altered without authorization.
  • Serial number is removed or modified.
  • Warranty certificate is incomplete or invoice is not provided.
  • Product is used for undeclared commercial rental purposes.

🔧 Owner Responsibilities

Safety & Authorized Usage

The product must be operated strictly by trained, skilled, and competent persons who are familiar with agricultural machinery and safety procedures. The operator must read and understand the operation manual before use and follow all prescribed safety instructions, protective measures, and operational guidelines.

The Company shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, damage, or loss arising out of improper handling, negligent operation, unauthorized use, operation by untrained persons, or failure to follow safety instructions provided in the user manual.

To maintain warranty validity:
  • Read and follow the operation manual carefully.
  • Maintain proper fuel mixture (for 2-stroke engines).
  • Change engine oil periodically (for 4-stroke engines).
  • Clean air filters regularly.
  • Perform routine maintenance.
  • Use recommended lubricants and spare parts.

Failure to follow maintenance guidelines may void warranty.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company’s liability shall be limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product, as determined appropriate after technical evaluation.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of agricultural income, crop damage, loss of profits, or business interruption, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

In any event, the total liability of the Company shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
