1. Reporting Window
✅ Transit Damage or Missing Parts
Report within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos
- Unboxing video
- Order ID and invoice copy
✅ Dead on Arrival (Non-Working Product)
If the product does not function upon first proper setup and usage, inform us within 48 hours.
✅ Manufacturing Defect (Within 7 Days)
If a genuine manufacturing defect is identified within 7 days of delivery, we will offer:
- Replacement (preferred), or
- Refund (if replacement is unavailable)
2. Conditions for Return Approval
Returns will be accepted only if:
- Product is returned with all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging.
- Serial number is intact and matches invoice.
- Original purchase invoice is provided.
- Product has not been misused, tampered with, or modified.
- Return request is approved prior to dispatch.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns/refunds will not be approved in cases of:
- Incorrect fuel or oil usage.
- Operating 4-stroke engine without engine oil.
- Use of contaminated petrol.
- Unauthorized repair or modification.
- Tampered or removed serial number.
- Wear and tear of consumable parts (spark plug, filters, gaskets, fuel pipes, oil seals, nylon line, blades, clutch parts, carburettor, etc.).
- Improper storage causing rust or water damage.
- Commercial rental usage without prior declaration.
4. Replacement Process
- Contact customer support with required documents.
- Product may need to be sent to an authorized service centre for inspection.
- Upon receipt of the returned product at the authorized service centre, technical inspection shall normally be completed within 7–10 working days. The Company shall communicate its decision regarding repair, replacement, or refund within a reasonable period following inspection.
5. Refund Process
If refund is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Refund will be credited to original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, bank transfer details will be required.
- Shipping charges may not be refundable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
